Hi!
Several field workers within our company couldn't add new points/features in Field Maps because the + sign didn't show in the app. This seemed to happen randomly for different feature layers, some had the plus sign and some didn't. During testing we checked several groups with different settings, different users, and different layers. For the Feature Layers that didn't get the plus sign the only quick fix was uploading new versions to the portal, and without changing anything else this worked.
We contacted the supplier for ArcGIS systems in our country and they didn't have any advice exept checking if we had testet everything here: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/problem-unable-to-add-features-in-arcgis-field-maps-00... .
We concluded on a glitch issue, and hope that Esri can fix this sometime very soon as it is an unpredictable cost and reliability for the company.
