I'm sure this has been thought of, but I'm not entirely confident on if this has been posted to the ideas or not.
The ability to pull information remotely from Field Maps would be incredibly useful. Being able to see the logs that the users report would improve troubleshooting and debugging. Not being able to see this information until a user interacts with a button, and then possibly incorrectly interacts, has been a pain. This is amplified as Field Maps is constantly collecting data, and if the user accidentally closes the app or clears the logs in some way, they no long have the logs of the event or issue.
Being able to do this remotely would be incredibly useful, administrators would be able to monitor these processes during the error event or close afterward. This could be sent back to the ArcGIS Server or AGOL, and then stored in the respective database.
