Label Small Polygons Outside of the Polygon

Allow polygons to be labeled outside of the polygon. For my specific use case, new wildfires are dynamically created a very small polygon (.10) ac when recorded from dispatch. By using field maps, firefighters can sync a map at the station and dispatch to a new fire. However, as the number of fires increases in the season, it is impossible to differentiate them. Firefighters cannot quickly see a new polygon after syncing due to the lack of labels. A label can only be viewed if they zoom in to the size of the very small polygon. This is unnecessary and easily resolved. Allow point style labeling for polygons in Field Maps. The functionality already exists in the new web map environment.
