Expand options to display tracks beyond 72 hours in Field Maps

It would be helpful if Field Maps had an option to display tracks past the 72 hour limit. Currently you can modify the Track layer drawing options to only show tracks for the last day, 48 hours, or 72 hours. Some people use offline maps without syncing for more than 3 days for logistical reasons.

Alternatively allowing us to add Tracking views to web-maps and retaining the ability to go offline.
