Originally there was only the Global Positioning System (GPS) constellation. Now there are many different location satellite systems and the term Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) is the new term for them. Many modern location receivers support using at least two constellations.
Please update the app and supporting documentation to replace GPS with GNSS. From what I can see ArcGIS Field Maps uses GPS almost everywhere except in the location profile details where it uses GNSS instead.
