Idea: ability to filter choices from a domain on a field in Field Maps Designer
For example, we have a domain with a lot of choices that do not apply to field workers. But I do not want to delete them from the domain. I want to constrict the choices to just a few of the values in the domain.
In Field Maps Designer, I would like to see a simple filter on a field where we can choose which choices will show up in the list for users to choose from, in the field's drop-down when collecting a feature.
By the way, I love Field Maps Designer. I am aware that one can do things like Require a field on the SDE but it makes things soooo much easier and more flexible. I've come across some bugs/ design issues and undesired behavior for example when making a field required in SDE/DBMS. Great work, Field team! I hope they continue adding to Field Maps Designer / Smart Forms power. It's becoming the front end, essentially, for SDE/REST and it's highly helpful.
