I'm working on a map that has a couple dozen layers -- some are off of a REST server (ArcGIS Server) and a few others are shapefiles that I've uploaded. I've been working on this map for a week both in the ArcGIS.com (Javascript) map viewer and ArcGIS Explorer Online (Silverlight) viewer. I toggle between the two for various reasons (the .com viewer is simpler and faster and displays data accurately -- the Explorer Online view is dropping data from a couple of my layers) and the Explorer Online viewer is more expedient in setting up the way the map looks. But now if I change the order of layers and Save the map, the changes save in Explorer Online, but they don't save in the .com viewer -- the next time I open the map the order is reverted. Needless to say, this is HIGHLY annoying. 😞 Is this a bug? Is my online .mxd corrupt?
