Find function for finding a point from an added csv file?

If I add point data from a csv file for congressional district centroids, can I use find to find a specific congressman?

For example, I want to be able to search on Henry Waxman and find his point data.

Is it possible?

Doesn't seem so as far as I can tell.

I have a presentation on Feb 1st so any help would be helpful!

No there isn't any support for querying imported data (using Find or Query) at present. If you think this is important please submit it as a suggestion at the ideas website under the arcgis online category

I will do that.

But really first, the legend overlap issue is much more important than that.
And the lack of defaulting to showing which variable is being mapped (if you change it).
