case sensitive searches

I've discovered that the search/query function on ArcGIS Explorer Online is case sensitive. Any way to make this case insensitive?

Found the solution to this problem finally!  The layer I was trying to query was in a file geodatabase on the server - I moved the feature class over from the file geodatabase to our SDE and the queries are no longer case-sensitive in Arc Explorer Online.
