Hi,
after saving a personal map in ArcGIS expoler Online and shared it in arcgis online groups, this map do not open  into  browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox).

There is an errore:

Unhandled Error in Silverlight Application [Arg_IndexOutOfRangeException]

Strings for debugging resources are not available. Often the key and arguments provide sufficient information to diagnose the problem. See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=106663&Version=4.0.50401.0&File=mscorlib.dll&Key=Arg_IndexOut...   su Five20.MapDocument.<>c__DisplayClassc.<InitializeAsync>b__a(Object sender2, EventArgs e2)

Can you share the map (you can do this with arcgis.com if the map won't open) and send me a link to it?

Thanks,
Andy

Hi,

I have this problem too.

I can save and open maps without any additional content. But when I draw a Line or add a marker, the amp could not be open after saving.
The error message is:

Unhandled Error in Silverlight Application [Arg_IndexOutOfRangeException]

I am not able to reproduce this. I see that your two maps can't be opened, but when I create and save them, then I can open them. See:

http://explorer.arcgis.com/?open=692e0a11ccfd4fe39d14a277820e7d37

http://explorer.arcgis.com/?open=a3c61f17b3dd4f8783a30da149630396

Is there any other errors you are getting (for example on save). I notice that the thumbnail that's generated is blank.

Any other information you might have would be very helpful.

Wieland,

Please do not delete the maps that are failing to open for you as we are working on the issue.

Thanks,

We have resolved this issue and the fix will be in the next beta update (later this week or early next week). The maps you included in your post will open once we update Explorer Online, so there is no need to delete them.

Thank you for reporting this issue.
