Is the <cookie> attribute of <NetworkLinkControl> implemented by AGX?

The value of cookie is supposed to be appended to the URL the next time the network link is refreshed. But this doesn't seem to happen.

EDIT: The value of the cookie is supposed to be appended as a parameter to the URL the next time it is requested from the web server
