So, I can click on the map, and I get my little identify window that is associated to some geometry, and has a little call out arrow that is tied to the specific geometry clicked, so why is there a pin on this window, I can't drag this window and dock it, because it is tied to the geometry with the arrow, and the PIN just doesn't do anything.
ok, I understand now, the window stays open when new windows are opened, this is going to confuse people. In ArcMap, its pinnable to close out dialogs, in Explorer for major dockable dialogs the same behavior, but for these little windows, they are pinned to the display, perhaps another icon, then the pin.
