How to create a line between two points

Hi. I am a first-time user of ArcGis Explorer Desktop (or GIS for that matter). I would like to create a line (with arrow) connecting two or more points on the map. I only have the latitude/longitude coordinates for each point data. Can this be done?

we don't have a specific tool within Explorer to do this. You would have to create an addin to do it.

If you aren't a programmer you could use the Find tool to place your two locations on the map. Then using the Arrow Note tools draw from one point to the other.
