Georeferencing add in does not work

Georeferencing add in does not work i tried it a million times and it just does not work...

it is part of ArcGIS Explorer 1700. You can try it there. If it still does not work, let me know the details.

I tried it in 1700 and also in 1500 version. I am very experienced in georeferencing the point i choose are very precised but the map does not go to the correct position ..

Are you saying that add-in works, but it does not georeference image precisely? This add-in uses very simple affine transformation (three matching points) to georeference a raster, therefore it might not fit your needs. If you are searching for precise match, you'd better take a look at ArcMap's georeferencing capability.

That is exactly what i say Andriy and of course i used arcmap but what can i do with an add i that does not do a precise job?
