enter bing maps key?

When I click a Bing map on my arcexlporer, it never loads and just streams for hours. I have a bing maps key but it never prompts me to enter it (on other computers, when I select a Bing layer it usually prompts me to enter a key). Anyone know how to manually enter the key?? Thanks!

Thanks Tim. Couldn't find any info on that link so I asked via email. If anyone has any other fix though, please let me know 🙂

ArcGIS Explorer 2500 has an option for adding the Bing Key.   Prior versions of ArcGIS Explorer desktop no longer support the use of Bing basemaps.
