data frame does not have layer arcgis 10.1

Hello everyone,

My silverlight application was in arcgis 10.0 now we upgrade from 10 to 10.1 ,I have some mxd files in which some has only table data and I created map service in 10.0 with out any spacial table but in 10.1 I am not able to create map service with out spacial table.It gives me two error one is Data frame does not have any layer.

We have an equivalency bug logged for this: NIM084140 - Unable to share a map containing only a stand-alone table as service.

Means I will have to add some spacial table into it and in my code I will have to change the URL.
