Symbology - more than one class

I have a layer with three possible values for a particular field in the attribute table (it's a shapefile).  Is there anyway to get ArcGIS Explorer Desktop to display 3 different colors based upon the value in this field?  OR am I stuck with one color for everything?

You could do it in ArcMap, then share you map as layer package to view it in ArcGIS Explorer.
