interacting between multiple tools

Hi,
I have an Add-In project that has 2 dockWindows & a Button in it ( in C#). 
All 3 add-ins load up fine.

I want my application to create a trackPoint event (via the button)
and then to update the 2 dockwindows according to where the user clicked the map.

However, I can't figure out how to access the 2 dockwindows from the Button Add-in code.
All 3 add-ins are in the same project.

Can anyone advise please ?
