I've added a web service that has sublayers to ArcMap and then saved that as a layer. But when I then add the layer to ArcGIS Explorer, I can't expand the sublayers, and so can't independently control the visibility of these sublayers. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, solved it? This only affects web services. If I create a group calling up, say, shapefiles, and save that as a layer in ArcMap, I can then expand those layers in ArcGIS Explorer.
If I directly connect to the service in ArcGIS Explorer, I can see and control the sublayers. This issue seems to be just about the saving of a layer from a web service.
