Hi,

We are currently looking in managing a Raise/Review/Closeout process with Survey123 and EB. The challenge is we have 100 different survey templates and in the future will have thousands of records.

We need a simple approach through the web (hence the EB) to select and review submitted surveys that originate from 100 different survey templates. So we are talking about 100 associated hosted feature layers.

In reality the desired functionality is to be able to select the appropriate survey based on its title and then a Filter widget load all relevant records that can be filtered too afterwards.

Is this something that is feasible with off the shelf functionality of EB? Would appreciate any ideas as my thinking is that we need to have the 100 hosted feature layers on a map and query them individually which is not user friendly.

Thank you

While potentially inefficient, yes, this should be possible with off-the-shelf functions. Your Web Map would just be linked to, as you alluded to, hundreds of different surveys.

If you can pull this data into ArcPro first and make the web map there, you may have a better experience. Especially if you need specialized symbology.

Hello @abureaux

Thank you.

The main challenge I have is the EB interface. It is likely i will need 100 pages to be added, each one for each survey template. To me this seems such a common workflow and I am wondering if im missing something in terms of available functionality or is not possible.

Thank you

Sorry. I may have misinterpreted?

I was assuming you were looking for a single web map with all of the surveys added to it. Then, you'd build the EB site around that single web map. I have done similar deployments before, but not with hundreds of separate surveys (thousands of responses though).
