I am looking to implement Living Atlas services into my WebGIS. However, my client has a specific requirement to know whether the service is authoritative or non-authoritative. I need to ensure that this information is clearly identified and managed within the WebGIS.

Here are the details of my query:

  1. Identifying Authoritative Services: Is there a way to determine if a Living Atlas service is authoritative or non-authoritative directly from the service metadata or any other source? If so, what steps should I follow to retrieve this information?

  2. Managing Service Information: Once I have identified whether the service is authoritative or non-authoritative, how can I manage and display this information within my WebGIS? Are there best practices or tools available to help with this process?

  3. Client Requirements: My client needs to have a clear understanding of the authoritative status of each service used in the WebGIS. What are the recommended approaches to ensure this information is transparent and easily accessible to the client?

It would be great if AI can be used to allow you to just easily find authoritative data from ESRI's Living Atlas!
