Hello ESRI team,
I have an EB template and the print widget cannot handle printing feature layers that have symbology "effects" along with rotated views in map viewer. In the image attached, the aerial base is correct per the page view, however it rotated the features and added more transparency. I also noticed that it does it only to the polygon geometry, not polyline or point data. If I change the view to true north, it will print the symbology with effects as it should. Is this a known bug?
