Cookies Error Message when embedding website

I am trying to embed a website my organization uses for road weather into our Situational Awareness Experience page. When I try to log into the website I get a cookies error message. 

It is a Https URL and our Vendor doesn't know why it won't embed as there isn't anything on their end that would cause a problem that they can see. Has anyone run into this issue or if there is a fix?

Hi @Bryan_Wade - as the warning suggested, the users will have to go inside their browser settings and configure the third-party cookies (the embedded content count as the 3rd-party cookie).
