Chart rendering hosted vs federated

Hi! 

I am using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1

I am developing an application with the ArcGIS Exeperience Builder with the following issue. When I add a bar chart it works without any problems and all the bars are rendered correctly:

BUT this happens only if the feature layer (from which the bar chart is created) is hosted..otherwise, when it is federated, the bars are not rendered and the chart is empty

Do you know how to solve it?

Thanks for sharing the problem. Unfortunately we are not able to reproduce the problem you described using a hosted layer nor federated layer. Would you be able share a test service to repro the problem?
