Print Widget: Drag-Select area on map for print service extent

When sharing maps of our features to clients we use a wide range of scales and areas. As we are moving some users off desktop applications and into web based apps we are working on creating an Experience Builder based Web App to share these maps. While the current scales and options are manageable I believe having an option to Drag-Select an area and add  it to the selected layout template would allow for faster exports and more control over what is shared. Below is a simple mock up of what I'm imagining.
