Larger, more intuitive click targets in properties pane category headers

The right-hand pane requires that you click the tiny carrot to expand and collapse the different option categories. This is not only inconsistent with other headers within Experience Builder and other maps (where you can click anywhere), but a real drag when you're trying to modify your app quickly and need to go back and forth between different settings. The entire header should respond to a click. It would be more intuitive, too.

The left pane does this properly.
