The Dark and Violet themes in ArcGIS Experience Builder do not support basemap transparency, as defined by the user. Without this capability in the Dark and Violet themes, some web maps consumed by ArcGIS Experience Builder may look ‘busy’ and not allow data to stand out. Considering how widely used the Dark theme is, this enhancement would be greatly appreciated and benefit many.
