It's an improvement that the Bookmark widget stores the layer visibilities. However, it causes issues that users only want to go to specific extent/geographic area and also want to keep in the layer visibilities set in the TOC which often are not the same to the static bookmark settings. So, please add an option to the bookmark item that requires it to store the layer visibilities or not. Or, add an option to bookmark widget runtime that uses layer visibilities set in the bookmark. Please see the attached pictures for those two approaches.
