Enhancement Select tool from Map widget. Grant selection from a specific layer

EB Select tool from Map widget. 

Current behavior.

This tool selects all features from all layers when making a selection. 

Enhancement.

Create a stand alone  widget, that will allow users to select features from a specific layer.  Something similar to the same tool in Web AppBuilder.
