Better Support For Layers Added at Runtime -General/Table Widget

It would be nice if Experience Builder had more support for layers created at runtime. I would like to go into the action tab on a widget and add a trigger to watch for a map layer with a given id and add it to the widget. I would like to use this in the Table Widget, but it could be useful in some other widgets like Map Layers. It would even be useful if any FeatureLayer added to the map could be automatically imported into the Table Widget.
