We are using a Windows Domain User Store and ArcGIS Server Built-In Role Store. ArcGIS Server 10.5.1
Two Scenarios: What is stopping User A in scenario 2 assigned Role 1 to be able to see Service $ only allowing Role 1?
1) For Service $, when "Private, available only to selected users" & "Allow access to all users who are logged in" is checked, and User A is logged into the ArcGIS REST Services Directory, they have access to Service $.
[To me, this confirms the user is authenticated and can access secure services]
However...
2) User A is now assigned to Role 1. For Service $, when "Private, available only to selected users" & Role 1 is allowed, User A cannot access the service. Why not?
