Hi. Has anyone been successful in creating a basemap that is made up of multiple vector tile layers, each switching on/off at different scale levels? In my situation, I have one layer displaying down to the street level and then another I want to switch on past that street level (with the first layer turning off). This is in Enterprise 10.7.1 (web map) and everything actually works perfectly as intended until I save and reopen the map. The changes just don't stick. I have also manually set the min and max scale parameters in the webmap using ago-assistant. The coordinate system of these tiles is in NZTM (New Zealand Transverse Mercator: 2193).
Why won't the webmap settings stick?
