We just finished upgrading from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 to 11.1, and there's a bit of a hiccup that's bothering us. When a user logs out using their Enterprise Login via the Microsoft Azure Portal, they're signed out but immediately gets a redirect to a 404 error page that says 'File or directory not found.' Oddly enough, this wasn't an issue in 10.9.1 but has popped up in 11.1. Has anyone else run into this? Any insights or fixes would be greatly appreciated!

It has been confirmed that this issue was a bug in version 11.1 and has been resolved in version 11.2 (Reference: BUG-000165238)

When ArcGIS Enterprise Portal is configured with SAML (Azure AD) and in Azure the Logout URL is set, upon signing out users will get a server error 404 – File or directory is not found instead of the Portal Sign Out page

Workaround solution is to leave the logout URL blank in Azure AD.

This is a total guess, but I assume you are using SAML logins? Did you check the logout url setting and make sure it is still valid?

Also, maybe try clearing your browser cache.
