Upgrade from 10.5.1 to 10.7.1 roll back failed

Hi,

We had to roll back an upgrade from 10.5.1 to 10.7.1 and then roll it back down to 10.5.1, recovered from snapshot in aws. However arcgis server isn’t able to start up with the following error:

Failed to disconnect from previous site. Anyone have any experience on how to handle this?

Any advise is much appreciated.
