Update Copyright Text for hosted tile layer

Is it possible to edit the copyright text of a hosted tile layer/map service without republishing it? In ArcGIS REST Services Directory the copyright text is blank:

In Server Manager the fields are disabled and therefore I am not able to make changes:

I've published the service with ArcGIS Pro 2.8 and I'm using ArcGIS Server 10.8.1.
