What is the best way to share SDE Features when the SQL database they reside in is behind a firewall?  I have 2 feature classes in an SDE geodatabase that resides on a server.  I want to add those features to a map and publish it to a PMF file so that other users can open it with ArcReader.

Basically, I need to get the features from the SDE file mirrored, shared, or served (whatever works) to a location where those outside of the server firewall can access it.  If I publish the map now, they just see the features in the TOC with a red exclamation point indicating they can't access the data.
