I want to set up a scheduled report, based on Oracle GDB data:
As a GIS administrator, are there any mechanisms in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 that would allow me to create and manage scheduled reports?
Thank you for posting your question. Reporting is something that has been a bit of a hot topic as of late. At ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9, we introduced admin usage reporting which resolves some of the questions you listed above. More info on that here:
We are still working on expanding the current breadth of automated emails via SMPT, currently they can be used to inform you of expiring licenses, or password reset requests. I'll keep doing research on my end and will update this post if I find anything.
