Rest error 500

Hi

I have just installed AGS 10.1 and set the security like so:
Configuration Settings

User Store: Windows Domain
Role Store: ArcGIS Server Built-in
Authentication Tier Web
Authentication Mode: Web

I have published 2 services and when i try to access the FeatureService everything works just fine, but when i try to access the Mapserver i get an error:500

[ATTACH=CONFIG]18877[/ATTACH]

What can be wrong?

I ended up doing a reinstall of the server and now everything works fine

I am assuming  by your security settings you are using Web  Adaptor?  If not, I would change the security settings.
