Cannot edit service security for folder and services on Server Manager

Hello,

I am unable to edit the service security in ArcGIS Server Manager. We were able to do this in the past but it's just not working anymore. It would remain lock for a split second then would revert to the open lock when the page is refreshed.

Does anyone know anything about this?

Can you provide some more details?  For example, what type of security do you have configured for ArcGIS Server.  Ex:

[SimonRoss_User]
