Problem when register data store in ArcGIS Server Manager

Hi,

We have a trouble while register a database in ArcGIS Server Manager 10.3.1 on Linux.

Description of environment:

- Oracle Linux Server release 6.6 with ArcGIS Server 10.3 on installed

- ArcGIS Desktop 10.3 on Windows 7 with Oracle clients for 32 and 64-bit

- Database server in another machine using Oracle RAC 11.2.0.4 64-bit (Oracle Linux Server release 6.6)

Someone can help me, please?
