Portal Keep Asking for Login After Updating Organization URL

Hello,

I tried to use the update organization URL feature on enterprise 11.4. The URL was able to be changed. However, every time I accessed any portal content. Does anyone can explain why this is happened?

Is the update organization URL tool new or relatively new (within 11.x releases) to make this task easier than in past versions of enterprise GIS?
