Pooling: how the number of max\min of instances set for a service is connected to number of its concurrent users,

Suppose that a service is set to have the default max\min of instances (min=1, max=2). Then how these two numbers is connected to the number of users who use this service CONCURRENTLY? Does this mean that if more than 3 users (1+2) who use this service at the same time then a failure happen? However, this is not happening!

Thank you

Best

This is still a valid question.

How the request (say zoom) is translated into a request so that a sufficient number of ArcSoc.exe can serve and respond?
