Measurement Widget result missing

Hi,

Our users with user type of 'Viewer' cannot see the results from the Measurement Widget in our WebApps. When they try to take a measurement, the widget refuses to show them the distance value. It presents them with a blank space where the distance value should be.

As an administrator, the widget works fine (See below)

This problem does not appear to be browser based, as users are using various browsers and experiencing the same issues. (Additionally, I tried using the 'Distance and Direction' widget and end users cannot click on the map to measure - again, it is fine for administrators)

This issue seems to have occurred since upgrading to 10.8.1. 

Any comments greatly appreciated.
