Mapping stand-alone table records that have corresponding values in layer’s attribute table,

In the screenshots below, some of features of the layer corresponds to multiple records in the stand-alone table. Then, how these RECORDS can be displayed in the map to get what appears in the second screenshot?

The data is attached

Thank you

Best

when I was use make query table then i selected my symbols, I found that we can’t identify each symbol. please see the attachment
Is there a way to make each symbol to be identified?

I used Make query table tool and I am facing the following barriers

.1-community layer contains 866 points and Query table contain 204 points, I noticed that the map contain the same number of points in both of them?

2-

  • Number of organizations that appear in symbology is more than 175,000 despite the fact query table contain just 204 points

  • I have 5 different types of symbols, when I applied the symbology all the types of symbols appeared for each point despite the fact  not all points contain all symbols
