Maintain relationship Id when publishing across different environment

Hi, when publishing a map service (from FGDB) is it possible to maintain the relationship ID? I can only force the layer id to be the same but I cannot find any option for the relationship.

Is it possible to change those id after it has been publish?

I also have this question, I'm migrating to a new environment and I need the relationship IDs to stay the same for the new services to be compatible with workflows we have that are referencing the relationship IDs.
