Link to donwload ESRI System Designer Tool?

Can anyone provide a link to where this can be downloaded?

Haven't been able to find it anywhere. This would be the System Designer Tool and not the CPT (Capacity Planning Tool)

I found the instructions in the videos/notes from various presentations such as:

They indicate that you have to download the information via the ESRI ftp site.

FWIW, I could not connect using the credentials specified.
