Join table and ArcGIS Server

Hello everyone

We are having trouble to represent joint feature classes on ArcGIS Server 10.4. 

Sometimes the layer name is truncated some others the layer is not represented on the map.

The join is made using a table view (toolbox:make table view). #important

Can you tell me if there is any trouble on ArcGIS Server 10.4 release?

 Is there any best preactices for using joined feature classes and thematic maps?
