Is there a way to download web map service published by ArcGIS Server if I connect to it as a user?

Hi All,

I couldn’t figure out if is there a way to download web map service published by ArcGIS Server. Kindly note that I interested to do this in case of I connected to ArcGIS Server as a user not a publisher or admin.

This appears not to work in Pro. The “export feature” option is deemed!

What might be the issue here?

Add the data from the service on your map and then use the feature class to feature class tool.

You have to add the layer from the service to your TOC. The tool should have a drop down to select the layer as an input feature when it has been added to your TOC.
