Dear Geonet Members,

I'm trying to setup ArcGIS Server. There are a number of links under

http://server.arcgis.com/en/server/10.3/install/ but unfortunately

checking each link one by one is not easy.

My question is if there is any available document explaining the steps

to setup ArcGIS Server. It would be great if you could suggest a document

as pdf file or a book, preferably e-book.  Thank you

Best Regards

Dear All,

I have posted a question asking if there is a complete guide to setup ArcGIS Server.

I did quite an extensive search on web but couldn't find a complete guide  to setup ArcGIS Server. Afterwards, I carefully checked out the documents prepared by ESRI and   finally realized that there wouldn't be a complete guide since setting-up and configuration of ArcGIS changes depending on user requirement and scenario. However, in my case, I find installation guide in Install ArcGIS Server on one machine—Installation Guides (10.4) | ArcGIS for Server is quite helpful. I would also strongly recommend the book titled `Administering ArcGIS for Server` by Nasser Hussein, Pack Publishing (ISBN:9781782177364) .

I hope this would be helpful for everyone who has similar question on the same issue.

I have that book, it is extremely handy. Only one of its kind around. More like this are needed.
