Is it recommended to upgrade from 11.1 to 11.2 without fixing the current issues?

ArcGIS Enterprise Upgrade from 11. 1 to 11.2

Default print @ portal --> map viewer is not working 

Allow exporting data to different formats: Feature Layer --> setting --> is not working.

Is it recommended to upgrade 11.1 to 11.2 without fixing the above issues?

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Generally, it is not advised to upgrade when there are current issues on Enterprise. Could we get some further details on what exactly is not working with the default print service and with data exports?

A good place to start is to investigate with the ArcGIS Portal and Server logs, particularly keeping things on debug and checking errors at a specific timestamp when trying a print or item export.
